As part of the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management (DHTM) Week 2026, our students participated in the "Sip, Shake & Serve: Mocktail and Flair Bartending Workshop," an immersive learning experience that blended creativity, skill, and professionalism.

Guided by an industry beverage service professional, students explored the fundamentals of mixology, beverage presentation, and flair bartending before putting their knowledge into practice through a hands-on workshop. From crafting refreshing mocktails to showcasing basic flair bartending techniques, participants gained valuable experience while building confidence in beverage service and customer interaction.

This activity reflects PCC's commitment to providing industry-relevant, experiential learning that equips future hospitality and tourism professionals with the practical skills needed to excel in their careers.
